Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the software products and websites of Triuna Labs, Inc. ("Triuna Labs," "we," "us"), including Fold and PromptCharter (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid features are billed as recurring subscriptions through our payment processor, Stripe, at the prices shown at purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us and we will review it.
• We may change prices with notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

Your content

You own the documents, articles, prompts, and other content you create in the Services. You grant us only the limited license needed to host, process, and display that content to provide the Services to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train models or for advertising.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Services to violate the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, attempt to breach or overload our systems, or resell the Services without our permission.

Our property

The Services — including software, design, and branding — are owned by Triuna Labs and protected by intellectual-property law. These terms do not grant you any rights in them beyond the use of the Services as offered.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for reviewing output you publish or rely on.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triuna Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we will update this page and revise the effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in California.
