Privacy Policy

Triuna Labs, Inc. ("Triuna Labs," "we," "us") builds software products, including Fold and PromptCharter, available at triunalabs.com and related subdomains (the "Services"). This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you create an account or subscribe, we collect your name, email address, and subscription details.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never receive or store full card numbers. We receive limited billing information (such as the card brand, last four digits, and billing outcome) needed to manage your subscription.
• Content you create. Documents, articles, prompts, and related material you create in the Services are stored so we can provide the Services to you. Your content is yours.
• Support communications. If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can help you.
• Technical information. Our hosting infrastructure collects standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps) for security and reliability.

How we use information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Services
• To process subscriptions and send billing-related messages
• To respond to support requests
• To protect the Services against fraud and abuse
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers that run our infrastructure, each under their own contractual and legal obligations:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
• Cloudflare — website and application hosting, security, and email routing
• Other infrastructure providers used to store and serve application data

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Triuna Labs, our users, or others. Disclosure to providers happens over encrypted connections as part of operating the Services.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold.

Retention

We keep account information and content for as long as your account is active. When you cancel or ask us to delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except records we must retain for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.

Your choices and rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@triunalabs.com. If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the CCPA; we honor those requests through the same address. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
